What happens when you pass the Trading Challenge, does the account automatically upgrade?

This answer covers both plans. Jump to the one you are on: Pivex Classic (one-time purchase) | Pivex Membership (monthly)
Not sure which you have? Open your dashboard — your accounts are grouped under a Membership tab and a One-time tab.Pivex Classic
Once you have successfully completed the Trading Challenge by hitting the 10% profit target and adhering to all the Challenge rules, your account will not automatically upgrade. Instead, you will have to initiate a review process manually to ensure that all requirements and trading rules have been met.
What Happens Next?
1 . Request Your Account Upgrade: After you meet the challenge criteria, a banner labeled "Upgrade Account" will appear on your main dashboard. You must click this to manually request a review of your trading activity. This action officially begins your transition process.
2. Account Review: Our team will conduct a brief (2-3 business days) review of your trading history to ensure all rules were followed. You will then be contacted and prompted to complete a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) check to verify your identity, ensuring a secure and compliant partnership.
3. KYC Verification & Trader Agreement: You will then be contacted and prompted to complete a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) check to verify your identity, ensuring a secure and compliant partnership. Alongside the verification, you will receive your Pivex Funded Trader Agreement. This document outlines the terms of our partnership, including the profit-sharing model.
4. Receive Your Funded Account: After you sign the agreement, we will issue the credentials for your new Pivex Funded Trader account. You are now officially ready to start trading and earning rewards from your profits.

Pivex Membership
The upgrade works the same way on Pivex Membership, with one important condition: your membership needs to be active when you qualify.
What happens next
- You meet the profit target and all other challenge rules.
- Your account goes through KYC verification, which usually takes 2–3 business days. Your membership keeps billing as normal during the review, so it is worth applying early.
- Once approved, your membership stops billing and the funded stage begins.
At the funded stage
- You earn through your profit split rather than paying a membership.
- Funded accounts close after 30 days of inactivity, so keep trading regularly.
- If you hold other memberships, they keep billing on their own dates — qualifying on one account does not stop the others. Cancel any you no longer want billed.
